How PM Bot works?
Imagine a tenant wants to move out of their rental property. He will go to your website and start an interaction with PM Bot
Your tenant selects the Tenant Menu, and PM Bot prompts them to provide their email address.

PM Bot then connects to your database, retrieves the tenant’s information, greets them by name, and displays a new menu of options.

When the tenant selects I want to move out, PM Bot asks for their intended move-out date. Once the tenant provides this information, PM Bot combines it with the data from your database and sends everything to your LeadSimple account. It automatically creates a new move-out process, assigning the correct property, tenant, and roles.

PM Bot also shares any additional information the tenant needs to know and asks if there’s anything else they require assistance with.
